DISTRICT 2 COMMUNITY CENTER

The project is the headquarters to District 2 Community Enhancement Corp. The building also includes the classes for FINO (Fashion Institute of New Orleans), four separate tenant office spaces for lease, and a retail space. The building is located on Crowder Boulevard, which is now zoned as the Eastern New Orleans Renaissance Corridor. This is a City initiative to help revitalize the area after the effects of Katrina. The building boasts a state of the art music recording and production studio along (One Vision/One Voice) with an assembly room that will serve as the location for community meetings and events. The modern design helps reinforce the Renaissance Corridor idea.
