The project houses the administrative offices for Marrero Commons, formerly known as
B. W. Cooper. The building will also double as the community center for the housing development. Amenities provided by the building include: a gymnasium, a computer room, & the community assembly room. The architectural aesthetic design provides the building its distinction within the residential development.
