CARTER G. WOODSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Over 102,000 sf will serve to educate more than 450 students in the Central City New Orleans District.  The massive structure boasts a three story class room wing, along with a second floor gymnasium.  The cafeteria, library & arts wing located on the first floor serves to promote community involvement in the education process.  The new building structure incorporates innovative design technologies that takes advantage of building orientation, material and energy efficiency.
